Working with Listed Buildings and Scheduled Ancient Monuments requires experience and knowledge. We have been working with historic buildings throughout the UK for over forty years and have built up relationships with skilled craftspeople and specialist companies. Our experienced staff have worked for English Heritage and a National Park as Conservation Architect, so we know the heritage sector from both sides.

The starting point when working with any heritage asset is to understand its history and significance. A Heritage Asset Appraisal will assist with all design and decision making, and will be an essential component of your Listed Building Application.

Once this is in place, we can advise on the options that will best reveal the building for what it is, that will most likely pass through the planning process, and will secure and enhance your building for future generations.
